Yesterday was ruled as a "Murphy's Law" day. Everything that could have gone wrong.....well, you know how it ends. Ever wonder why some days you're on and other days you're totally off? Listen, I know that I'm not really in charge of all the events that come into my life-despite what I tell the universe. I do know, however that I'm 100% responsible for the way I react to those events.
Everyone has a "bad" day. We're all entitled to at least one every now and then. But if that 1 day turns into 2 or 3...it's time to put the brakes on and examine what's happening in our lives. Could be something you ate...or that time of the month...or your surroundings. Whatever it may be, it's up to us to uncover the root of our anxieties. I know I'll thrive if I could just figure out WHY I got ticked off. Once I've determined that, then I'll know how to handle the outcome...the emotions...my behavior.
