Well, according to the great Dr. Oz (we love him!), there are a few foods that can help boost your metabolism, give you more energy, burn more fat and help you become more fit. Apparently, the main metabolism booster in hot peppers in a substance called Capsaicin and most hot peppers contain this substance. Past experience has taught me that it's not the peppers going in that kills me, but......we'll let's not go there.
